We want you to be happy with Feather Dictation. Here's how refunds work.

Entry Purchase ($25)

If Feather Dictation doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund, provided your license has used less than 500 seconds of audio (about 8 minutes — more than enough to evaluate the app). When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated.

Before requesting a refund for a technical problem, we encourage you to contact support — most issues (installation warnings, microphone setup, activation) can be resolved quickly.

Credit Packs

Credit pack purchases are refundable within 14 days if the purchased credits are unused. Once credits from a pack have been partially consumed, the pack is no longer refundable.

Email us at [email protected] with:

The email address used at checkout
Your license key (if you have it)
A brief description of the issue

Refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or violations of our Terms of Service.
